I am a single mom to Lyla, a dog mom to Frankie and I now have a loving, secure relationship where I feel safe, loved and know its where I belong after quite the traumatic experience with my ex...

In 2018 I had a big white wedding planned to the guy of my dreams (or so it seemed) we had been together 9 years at this point so it was the obvious next step after having our daughter...

However the wedding was cancelled by him just 4 weeks before the big day, he moved out without any explanation and left me quite obviously devastated!

It turned out he was having an affair (SHOCK HORROR!) and I found out about it on social media!

I found myself a single mother, kinda broke with the lowest self esteem I’ve ever experienced and believe I've been low before!

But this kick started my self-development journey and to me training as a life coach...

and now I want to help you rediscover your own identity and regain your self worth after past traumas, which are holding you back from getting the lasting loving relationship which you desire.

After dating what felt like every guy online (Bumble completed it mate)

I was attracting all the wrong guys, dismissing some that might have been ok and making ALL the dating mistakes, because I was hurt, carrying my resentment about my ex with me and absolutely hating being alone!

I was DESPERATE TO MEET SOMEONE, ANYONE WAS BETTER THAN BEING ALONE!

But I got to this safe secure place by working on my self-worth, learning to love myself and my own company, forgiving and letting go of my past.

It wasn’t easy, but I had a coach to support me and that’s why It's my mission to support you to,
